Sri Lanka

There is not much happening in Sri Lanka the only important event that is happening right now are the provincial elections between Socialist Equality Party (SEP) and some other small parties. The election will take place in one of the poorest places in Sri Lanka in Puttalam. The things that the SEP want to change is to make sure that they will get clean water and to build more houses for the poor people. It is not going good because that area is owned by the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Ealam and they don’t want to give that area up. So right now the people who live there are fighting against the Tigers because they want change.
