The houses in Scotland are declining. The prices of an average home in Scotland dropped 6 percent in 2008. Prices have dropped up to 20 percent in the last year. This may lead to a failed property transaction and make a whole chain collapse.
I know you mean that the house prices are declining, but that's kind of an important word in your first sentence. How closely does the situation in Scotland relate to the same house value decline here in the U.S.? Has it been more dramatic there, or about the same? Has it been going on just as long? Is the British government doing anything about it that we might consider copying?
Hmm well I looked at this one site that said it was because the country has a shortage of young people?? Weird...
