The supreme courts reject a mans (Troy Davis) request to delay his execution, to have more time to prove is innocence. He was accused of shooting an off-duty officer. It was said he was harrassing a homeless man at a burger king when the off-duty officer Mark MacPhail came to his rescue, then witnesses said they saw davis shoot MacPhail 2 times and flee the seen.
