This is making fun of pbs channel back in Feburary 20th to 26th of 2011 when they where wanting to cancel it. Oscar is saying "I knew we couldn't count on the elephant"Saying he is the reson they canceled the pbs Sesame Street. I think that they should have kept the show because it is good for kids education.
So the elephant stands for obama (democrats)? I did not know they had anything to do with cancelling a childrens show. I think they should not cancel this show, it is educational even if the cookie monster is somehow making little children "plump up."
