RAS LANOUF, Libya (TheStreet) -- Libyan government forces loyal to longtime leader Col. Moammar Gadhafi launched a fresh air strike on rebels in Ras Lanuf, an oil terminal town nearly 400 miles east of the capital Tripoli on Monday, according to several media reports.
