Relationship between Libya and US:
Secretary of state, Condoleezza Rice went and met with Libya's Muammar Gaddafi and states that the two countries have their differences but we have reached a new level of cooperation. A cultural exchange agreement was signed while Rice was there and they also hope to have an ambassador in Tripoli soon she informs.
Libyan Rebels Face Pro-Qaddafi Army as No-Fly Zone Planned:
Libyan rebels prepare themselves for possible struggle with forces with Pro-Qaddafi supports. Libian rebels were armed and ready to defend at entrances to Zawiyah after being attacked the night before by pro-Qaddafi.
