I found an article about pay cuts in California. I thought it was unfair because teachers have a very important job. The political cartoon is saying that people are so angry about paying taxes for teachers but yet they are so demanding about their childs education. Teachers spend most of their day with other people's children yet they are not rewarded enough for having to stand those wicked little brats.
