High School Soccer

La Salle is onto the finals after defeating Cottage Grove in shootouts (4-2) final score 1-0. They are now facing McLoughlin. This will continue a long rivalry between the two who have played for the championship against eachother many times. They have met in the finals more times than any other teams in the state. McLoughlin is usually always the winner. Will La Salle come out on top this time?

  3. Well after regulation time they were tied 0-0 this forced overtimes (two halves). After overtime they were still tied 0-0 and had to go into pk (penalty kick) shootout. A penalty kick is a shot against the keeper from about 11 yards out.
