Iran officials told U.N. experts that their second nuclear plant can be inspected. Iran's officials have also told the IAEA "There is no nulcear material on the site." Officials say that the U.S. has known about this site since the Bush administration. This site isn't planned to be operational for another 18 months. Iran denies their goal of making nuclear weapons which is a concern of the U.S. and other western countries.
