According to CBS News dogs can also get skin cancer and is caused by sun exposure. Dogs with light t colored coats have a higher chance of getting skin cancer. There are three different kinds of cancer they can get and those are: Malignant melanoma, Squamous cell carcinoma, and Mast cell carcinoma.
