Teachers at a New Jersey school were reported verbally abusing 10 year old boy, Akian, at Horace Mann Elementary School. One day he hit his teacher and a teacher's aide. Akian's father said that it was totally weird that he did that because he is such a nice and gentle boy. His father wanted to find out what was going on and why his son was acitng so violent out of nowhere. So his father put a digital recorder in Akian's pocket, and he went to school the whole day, and the teachers were calling Akian names, making fun of him, yelling at him and having inappropriate conversations in front of the children. This is very sad, and now we know it's not only students bullying other students.

Dang that's crazy. I feel bad for the kids. Parents in similar positions must feel uneasy knowing that this kind of stuff is happinning at school.
