Wednesday, Vice President Joe Biden visited Bucharest, Romania one day after arriving in Warsaw to secure Poland's approval for a new U.S. anti-missile system. Bucharest is part of the three-nation tour Biden is taking to reafirm the U.S. partnerships with countires of eastern Europe. Romania was previously not under the first antimissile defense system and accepted the new plan. Prague is next on the tour.
