China's View On Iraq

The Foreign Minister of China, Li Zhaoxing, indicated during a phone conversation with the U.S. secretary of state that "the Iraqi issue should be addressed in accordance with the purposes and principles of the UN Charter."

    Russia is worried about Iran's missile test launches. Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov feels that restraint is needed.
