Eduardo Ravelo is on the FBI's top ten most wanted list. He recently got plastic surgery, shaved his head, and even got his fingerprints changed to keep from getting caught. He's in a gang and works for drug cartels doing anything they want. Murder and assaults are only some of the awful things he's done. The FBI think he is hiding out in Mexico.
