Crash Landing on the Moon

The West coast with be used by scientists to view a test experiment by NASA. NASA will be spending $79 million on this project. They are sending out an Atlas V rocket on a collision course in search of water. Once the rocket hits the moon, the blast will cause a mile high cloud of debris that should be visible from Earth. Even then you won't be able to see the impact with the naked eye, so you will need telescopes or binoculars. By doing this, scientists believe that this will help in their search of water on the moon.
