A nurse from the Regency Nursing and Rehab center in Portland was caught with pictures of her patients on her Facebook wall. Some of her friends commented in disgust and laughter. Nai Mai Chao was found guilty and sentenced for eight day for invasion of privacy. Chao admited to posting the photos on Facebook but denied taking the photos. Besides being sentenced eight day in jail she was forced to write a thousand word apology to each of the patients she posted photos of.
