LAFAYETTE, Colo. (AP) — Police in Lafayette, Colo., have ticketed a man who is accused of tying his cat to a rock after the feline refused to go jogging.
I find what that man did was a little harsh. He deserved to get a ticket! Like seriously who ties a rock to a cat or any animal because they don't want to go for a jog. People these days!
