Washington Post headline's: Afghanistan is now Obama's War

Obama clearly state's in the article: "this war will not become a second Vietnam," and personally pleadged to start lowering the US presence there in 2011.

    So he'll lower the US presence there by 2011. But for now he'll keep sending in more and more troops. Makes sense.
