Google, Amazon and Adobe defeated the patent claiming ownership over interactive elements on the web..Mullin, Joe . "Jury strikes down patent troll's claim to own the web." CNNTech. CNN, 10 Feb. 2012. Web. 14 Feb. 2012.  

Some guy thinks he is entitled to get the web since he patented the idea. This guy is gunna have to go against almost the entire world if he thinks he can get something out of this.

    That is pretty crazy that someone could think that they deserve the internet. I doubt he will have any luck in getting anything out of this argument.

    That's ridiculouse! He has been trying for 10 years and he hasn't gotten anything out of it. He needs to drop it. Theres no way he can win.

    The guy who actually MADE the web gets no profits from this. He's just like everyone else, still a professor in college or something like that, he made the web so that he would have place to organize his files, he invented html so he should be the one earning at least a bit of profit from this, and he's not.
