Pat Robertson an outspoken Christian evangelist and host of The 700 Club said America should legalize marijuana. "What would Jesus do?" He doesn't smoke marijuana but believes that they should legalize it because the war against drugs hasn't really done anything to solve the problems that these drugs are causing to people. Many pot using Christians say it is right to smoke marijuana because the bible say you can. That isn't the truth. People mistake the passage from Genesis 1:29 which says:
And God said, Behold, I have given you every plant bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, which has the seed in its fruit; to you its shall be for food.
