Did Texas accidentally convict a man for molestation of a 6 month old?

Apparently this man Ernie Lopez and his wife was asked to baby sit this 6 month old little girl. The mom of said 6th month old knew them very well and they have on several occasions baby sat. When the mom came to pick her up she noticed scratches blood on the Childs diaper, and immediately accused Ernie of sexual assault. He was tried as guilty. He has been in prison for 9 years now; the 6th month old baby has died. There has been new evidence showing that the 6th month old had a rare blood condition that made her bleed and bruise at random places and moments. There are a lot of questions now. Also the mom was very neglectful, she had even left the kid alone to go to work one day. Who does that? That mother failed to mention the Childs condition at the trial why? Is there something beneath the surface? Go ahead and read the article and judge for yourself, is this man guilty, or is the mom a messed up person? She doesn’t even deserve to be called a mom.
